The Minnesota Flat Fee MLS Listing
The flat fee multiple listing service still reaps all the benefits of listing a property for the real estate agents of house hunters to bring a parade of young couples, singles and retirees in to look around. The only remaining issue is paying the commission for the lucky agent crafty enough to talk someone into buying your house-at the full asking price. You will have to pay that commission, generally between three and four percent. But that's just one commission at half the rate you'd normally pay.
