Find a Broker that Wants to Sell

If you contact a Minneapolis real estate broker by phone if you are out of area, or if you are from the area, notice if they want to contact you later on. A good real estate broker will ask for your phone number, if not more information. This will show that they are truly dedicated to you. If they do not ask for this information, try a different real estate broker.

Tell Your Broker What You Want

Are you looking for a house within a certain price range? Are you looking for a three bedroom house because you only have two children and you know that you won’t be having anymore? Tell your broker about everything that you are looking for in a home. If they do not listen to what you have to say, or they try to convince into something that you do not want, switch brokers. You need somebody who is going to respect and value what you want, instead of try to sell you something that they want to gain a commission from.
