Exclusive Agents Have More Credentials

When you first go to the offices of "average" real estate agents, you will not notice any outstanding credentials on their walls. That is because many of these agents do have many, or any, credentials at all. When you first visit the office of an "exclusive" agent, you will notice that these people have certifications and awards everywhere, all of which seem outstanding.

You Can Tell They’re Dedicated

Exclusive agents have dedicated their whole life to real estate, so you know that they will dedicate all their time to trying to help you. Is it not better to decide on a person who dedicated so much time and energy to their career, than to decide on somebody who is just a real estate agent as a part time job to earn some extra cash that they will probably use to put themselves through college for a career that actually want to pursue?

Exclusive Real Estate Agents Serve You

During the short time that you spend with an exclusive real estate agent, they try to help you. Even if you only visit them once, you can tell that they truly care about what you want from a new home. They put your opinions, unlike average agents who try to push you into things that they know you are not interested in just so they can make a commission. Average agents only want to sell you a home so that they can benefit from it. They only care about making their money, whereas exclusive agents truly want to make sure that you are buying a home that you will be completely happy with.
