If you are looking to sell your Minnesota lake house, there are several things you can do to increase the exposure and desire of your property. First, make sure that the home is in top-notch condition. For instance, if the deck needs some structural work, make sure it is fixed. If not, this can decrease your asking price significantly as many buyers of lakefront property look for working decks. Secondly, staging is key. Make sure that the area around the lakefront is properly staged, with no oversized weeds, extra dirt, or patches of dying grass. Taking photos of the property during the day with lots of sunlight will help increase the exposure of your property with the proper marketing brochures.
