This association is meant for both full time and part time investors. This club has a wide range of members which include people who are beginning investors, real estate brokers, property managers, renovation specialists, and various other people who are involved or interested in real estate investments. This real estate investor’s club meets monthly in order to help educate one another about what might be the smartest investment choices to make. They meet at the Sheraton Four Points Hotel on Industrial Boulevard in Minneapolis. The first meeting that you attend is free, and then you can decide to either pay a membership fee of either $24.95 a month, or $249.50 a year. As a member, you will be offered a number of different opportunities such as access to prior meetings that have been recorded, and discounts for members only through local venders as well as a real investment course.

As a member of this club, you will be offered opportunities to speak with several different investment advisors.
